ing how nice it was that after such a long time, someone like Ranma showed up and finally bringing some life back into her family. It did hurt that he was such a polite and nice young man. It also didn't hurt that he was very handsome.
Akane didn't have any opinion to the engagement because she was out cold during the hold thing. She was dreaming of beating and teaching the arrogant boy a lesson. However, when she wakes up, she was in for a rude awakening.

I know that's not how the engagement thing happened but I needed a reason for Ranma to stay near the Tendos and I needed a reason for Ranma to accept it. I also needed something to make Ranma think that Nodoka was much better than Genma and also I needed to do this for the future shoreline so do not kill me for getting to much off the track.
I know some might say that Nabiki was out of character, but I'm building her personality different from the other fanfic writers as well as Kasumi. Expect much change to Akane's personality as well.
Now, here is my question
1. Should I or should I not bring the Amazons into this story?
2. Should I or should I not bring Ryoga into this story?
3. Should I or should I not bring Ukyou into this story?
4. Which girl should get Ranma? Name only the girls in Ranma1/2 universe, Sailor Moon, or Oh My goddess. This is probably not going to be a major crossover if ever. However, I think some of those girls can make an appearance if requested.
This is something different from the regular Ranma1/2 stories. I wanted to try something different, after reading Crying Freeman and some other Yakuza mangas, I thought, why not, let's make Ranma a Yakuza member, but that really didn't work along with Ranma1/2 story, so I decided to make Ranma go to high school and stuff. It seems fun.
How did Ranma become a Yakuza member? That will be answered later on, but if you followed the anime and note what the Don said, it happened when he was about 6, about the time of Cat-Fist training so this should give you some hints.
Ranma does not have any more feelings towards Genma, he has been separated from Genma for 10 years now, and been living as Yakuza personal for about that much. However, that doesn't mean that he doesn't have feeling for his mother, even if it's for the curiosity of meeting what kind of person his mother is he would want to find her.

Ranma Yakuza
Chapter 6
It was a beautiful morning which seem to say nothing wrong or exciting happen the day before. Usually about this time of the morning, a girl who practice martial arts will be returning home from her jog. However, this morning, that event did not occur.
The said girl was still knocked out in the bedroom where her sister has placed her after the incident with Ranma.
"Oh... what hit me?"
Akane woke up groggily and feeling uncomfortable. Although her sister tried to make her feel comfortable as possible before putting her to bed, that fight, if it can be called that had cost her. Although the pressure point that Ranma had used to knock her out wasn't physically dangerous, however it does leave the person feeling like he had been drunk the night before and is now having the worst hang over ever.
Akane wasn't sure what was going on, she wasn't exactly sure how she got to her room in her bed. She started to get up to get ready for school when she remembered what happen the night before.
"I'LL KILL HIM!"
With that she stormed down stairs expecting to find that BOY so she can deliver her vengeance upon him who had done her wrong.
'How dare he! How dare he insult my school, how dare he insult me, how dare he insult my skill, and how dare he call me a bull!'
She stormed into the living room, ready to kill only to find her sister setting the table for breakfast.
"Well, good morning Akane. How did you sleep last night?"
"Good morning Kasumi, do you know where that jerk is right now?"
"What do you mean Akane?"
"The jerk! The idiot! The bane of humanity!"
"Kasumi, I think she means Ranma"
"RANMA!!!!"
"Oh my. I don't think it's very lady like for you to call your possible fiancee all those names Akane"
'Great Kasumi, break it to her real easy why don't you?'
What Kasumi said hadn't register into Akane mind yet, she was on one of her modes that went, no rational thought but only anger mode. However, it did somehow made it to the rational side of her head and that stopped her from her steam roller mode.
"What did you say Kasumi?"
"What our elder sister said Akane, was that it wasn't lady like to call your possible fiancee all those names"
"FIANCEE?"
"Yes, it turns out that somehow Ranma is to be engaged to one of us"
"What are you two talking about?"
"Well, Akane, since you weren't wake at the time, what with your impressive showing of your martial arts skill, you missed a lot"
Akane had to growl at Nabiki's comment about her martial arts skill. It wasn't her fault that the jerk cheated. It wasn't her fault that he attacked her when she wasn't ready.
"Well, Akane, it turns out Ranma's parents and our parents had made some sort of agreement to unite the house"
"No way! And you two are actually going to go along with this? Dad probably made the agreement when he was drunk!"
"No Akane, it wasn't father's idea to start with. It was mother's last wish before she died"
That stopped Akane cold. Almost anything Kasumi could have said would have been better, but when Kasumi said it was her their' mother's last wish, Akane couldn't help but feel lost.
"Mom? Are you sure?"
"Yes Akane, apparently Kasumi remembers something like that too. You know how she was older then us and she hung around a lot in the kitchen with mom. It seems that Kasumi remembers things like that, and she also remember Ranma from when he was younger"
"Huh?"
Akane was lost. Nabiki just said something about remembering Ranma from when he was younger. But that can't be right, they just met him yesterday.
"Akane, Ranma's family and our family has been friends for a long time. I remember mother having a visitor from a nice lady and her young son Ranma"
"What? I don't remember any of this!"
"Well, you were pretty young at the time. You were almost 6 and Nabiki 7. I was 9 and I was with mother a lot of times in the kitchen trying to help"
Akane had to think, if that's true, that means that she know the jerk from a long time ago. It also means that the might be engaged to a jerk. But it couldn't be helped if it was her mother's last wish.
"Oh my, I have to finish preparing the breakfast, excuse me"
With that Kasumi went back into the kitchen to finish the preparation.
That left Akane and Nabiki in the living room. Akane wanted to ask more questions but couldn't think of any and she needed to think. However, Nabiki broke her train of thought before they could go further
"Akane, you should get ready for school if you want to get there on time for your daily exercise"
With that Nabiki went back up stairs to get ready for school as well as her business.
Now alone, Akane went to the bathroom to wash up. However, she was in automatic mode. Her body was doing what they were suppose to do while her mind was elsewhere.
She was thinking about Ranma, her mother, and the engagement to the jerk. She was sure that Ranma will chose her. She was after all the desire of all the male population of Furinkin High school. She didn't want to be engaged to that jerk.
She needed to come up with a plan to get him to not chose her. Already the day has started off bad for her.
Later...
"Akane, I can't believe they actually got a hit on you today"
It was lunchtime and she was talking with her friend Yuka and Sayuri and Akane was also sporting a black eye. During the fight this morning, she was so distracted and because of the pressure point that Ranma used, she was not very effective that one from the baseball team had managed to tag her with a baseball.
This did not go unnoticed by everybody who was fighting and also watching from the sidelines. However, being hit with the baseball made Akane come to senses very quickly and pummel the boy into a pulp before getting into the other boys.
Lucky for Akane, Kuno was in the hospital recovering from what Ranma had done to him. He was already seeking the best plastic surgeon from the world to fix his forehead and also other doctors to fix his fingers.
Speaking of that incident, the students didn't seem to mind what happen to Kuno at all. It seems that people had either already forgotten what Ranma did to Kuno or they really didn't care because right now, Ranma was surrounded by girls who were throwing questions at him.
Akane wanted to go to him right now and beat him for what he did to her last night and also showing up in her life to present even more complication then before. This engagement business also needed to be taken care of.
Akane was about to get up and go to where Ranma was when someone beat her to it. It was Nabiki.
'What's she doing? Is she going to tell him off about the engagement?'
Akane watched as Nabiki walked up to Ranma and then Ranma and Nabiki walked off together to some place.
'What are they? It's probably Ranma. He's going to seduce Nabiki!'
With that thought angry Akane decided to follow the couple. People who saw this event unfold came up with their own interpretation and as quickly as rumor can, it spread.
...
"So, Nabiki what do you want?"
After being asked to follow her, Ranma walked with Nabiki to the place they talked before. It was quickly becoming their place to conduct business.
"I wanted to talk to you about what happened last night"
"Listen, I told you that I'll give my answer about the engagement tonight when I go back to your house"
"I know that, that's not what I wanted to talk about. I wanted to talk to you about Akane"
"Huh? Stuck up princess? What about her?"
Akane who followed the two almost ran out at them when she heard Ranma call her names.
'I'll make him pay, I will make him pay'
Akane was steaming with anger but she decided to listen in more and try to get something on him that she can use against him.
"Well, it seems that Akane is not very happy with you and you should know that. I also wanted to know why you are not going after her like everybody else is"
"What do you mean?"
"Well, you must have noticed that there are guys fighting for her every morning and even after what you did to Kuno, they are still pursuing her like they do everyday. So, why aren't you?"
"Hmm... you are asking me why I'm not going after your sister like everyone else is... Well, the truth of the matter is Nabiki, that I'm not that impressed with your sister at all. She can be cute, but she isn't. She is too angry and too immature and selfish to be anything more than a little girl who has still yet to develop into womanhood. I'm not interested in going after a child"
'Now that was harsh, although mostly correct, I can't believe he saw thorough my sister'
"Ranma I can't believe..."
That was as far as Nabiki got before a loud yell forced her to turn and look at the direction that the yell came from.
Akane was mad, she heard what Ranma said and she was seeing red.
'How dare he! I'm going to kill him!'
"YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA"
With her battle cry, she launched herself at Ranma ready to tear him apart with her bare hand. Only problem with that was when she landed Ranma wasn't there. Suddenly she felt something on her back and she couldn't move. Then she heard Ranma's voice.
"Listen miss snob of the world. I don't know what you were thinking sneaking around spying on us. What I said about you is true and you know it, Nabiki knows it, and pretty soon everybody around here will know it too. You are nothing but a selfish little girl who has always gotten what she wanted and can't stand against the reality. You are as much delusional as that Kuno guy. You fancy yourself as martial artist, but from what I see, you are nothing but an amateur. Why don't you give it a rest and develop your figure and be a good girl instead of trying to be something that you are not"
With that he pushed some more pressure point to unlock Akane's body. Akane fell to her knees, the pressure point made her not strong enough to get up and attack him. She had to settle for glare of death. She glared at him as if her life depended on him, as is she was willing him to die with her glare.
He just looked back at her with casual look, and then dismissed her with his eyes when he turned it away from her.
"I'm going to kill you!"
"I'm sure you'll try"
"I'll make you pay!"
"Like I said before, I'm sure you'll try, but you'll fail. You were never my match, you will never be my match even if you train none stop for the rest of your life"
With that Ranma started to walk away from the place.
"Get back here you jerk! I'm not done with you!"
Ignoring Akane, Ranma continue to walk away until he couldn't hear Akane yelling anymore.
When Ranma was gone from the sight, Akane started to get up but what Ranma did to her made her still too weak to walk on her own. Nabiki helped her up.
Of course Nabiki was thinking that Ranma was too hard on her sister, but she was glad to see someone standing up to Akane and show her for what she was, a spoiled brat.
However, she had to change her mind a little when she saw tears coursing down Akane's cheek.
Akane was humiliated and Akane's pride was hurt.
"Akane, let's go back home. I don't think you can handle school right now"
Akane wanted to disagree with Nabiki, but Nabiki won't hear of it and they both headed back to Tendo home.
Later...
Ranma was walking away from school after the last bell had rang. It seems that Akane and Nabiki didn't come back to school and he had an idea why.
'May be I was too hard on her?'
But he shock that thought off real fast. He was an elite member of Yakuza. His bosses most trusted man. He had done things that are far worse then that to many people and never felt any guilt. Well, that's not true, he had always felt some guilt, but he ignored it.
However, what he did today kept coming back to his mind. Something about that girl made him feel sorry for her. It could be because she had lost her mother when she was so young, like him.
"I must be getting soft in this neighbor, and it has only been two days"
With that he continued his way back to the apartment that he was staying at. He had things to think about, and he also promised Soun Tendo, that he'll be back to give his answers.
He knew he was going to accept the offer, at least until he found his mother and see what kind of person she is then, after that he'll make up his mind about getting married.
However, until then he would just go along with the engagement. He just had to chose a girl to be engaged to.
Elsewhere...
"Saotome, I'll have my revenge and I'll have it soon. You just wait!"
Tendo Dojo...
Akane was in the dojo breaking bricks. She was going double time. In order for her to beat Ranma and humiliate him like how he did it to her, she needed to practice and she needed to break more bricks.
'I'll show him. I'll show him good'
Nabiki was of course in her room going through the books and seeing how much money she made. She was also planning her date with Ranma this weekend.
'Hmm... what should I wear? Where did that thought come from?'
Nabiki was rather surprised with herself. She wasn't usually kind of person who worried about what to wear. She was Nabiki and what she were was always something that people accepted right away.
'Well, thinking about what to wear can't hurt'
Kasumi was making dinner. She was thinking about the event that has passed yesterday and was also thinking about the woman that visited her mother with a little boy.
'I wish I can remember more to help Ranma'
All three Tendo daughters were all deeply engaged at they were doing when they heard a knock.
'It must be Ranma!'
All three daughters thought at the same time. Two were happy to see him, one wanted to kill him.
Later...
After settling down on the living room, Soun asked Ranma right away about the engagement. Of course Soun didn't have any doubt that Ranma will accept it, after all it was for the school.
"Well, Mr. Tendo, I thought about it long and hard and I decided that I will have to accept it..."
Ranma didn't get to go further because he was interrupted.
"I knew it! You are just a pervert looking to take advantage of us!"
Akane blew up at Ranma when she heard that he was going to accept the engagement. She was sure Ranma was going to pick her and she'll show him that he can't have her or her sisters involved with his perverted plans.
"Akane!"
That stopped her cold. It was not from her father, but it was from her sister Kasumi. She had never heard Kasumi use that tone of voice before and it scared her a little.
"Interrupting a guest when he is speaking is not very polite"
Kasumi finished with her usual gentle voice that people around the table had doubts about the tone of voice they heard just a moments ago.
"Ranma will you continue?"
Kasumi said it with gentle smile that Ranma had hard time saying no to.
"Well, as I was saying before being interrupted by a little girl..."
"LITTLE GIRL!"
Akane was going to teach him a lesson when she saw the look she was getting from around the table. She had no choice but to quite down.
'I'll teach you a lesson you'll never forget for turning my family against me'
Akane was back to glaring daggers at him, hopping that her glare of dagger will really have an effect of real daggers.
"As I was saying, I decided to accept the engagements, however, I'm not sure which girls to get engaged to. Both of your daughters are very beautiful and nice. However, I don't know them very well, and therefore I can't chose. So, I decided to not make any decisions at this point, until I get to know both of your daughters better"
Soun wanted to object, but he couldn't see the fault in that logic. He wanted Ranma to chose one right now so they can have the wedding tomorrow.
Then something hit him.
"Ranma, I have three daughters don't you mean all three and not two?"
"No Mr. Tendo. I said two and I meant two. I'm not interested in spoiled little girl who has yet to grow up both mentally and physically"
"YOU DARE!"
Akane didn't care anymore. She had enough, he insulted her again and again and she couldn't take it anymore. She got up to attack when she felt someone touch her neck. Just before she passed out, she saw that it was Kasumi who had done it.
'How?'
That was last thought before she passed out.
Everybody, except Ranma, was surprised at what Kasumi had done.
"Daughter, what did you do? How did you?"
"Sis, when did you learn to do something like that?"
Ranma noted that the pressure point technique was the same one he used on Akane last night.
'Hmm...interesting, she picked it up after watching me do it once'
"Well, I saw what Ranma did last night and I just did it exactly the same. Of course, those books I borrow from Dr. Tofu helped me understand what it was doing"
Nabiki and Soun just stared at Kasumi. They would have never guessed that Kasumi would know something like that.
"Well, it seems that Ranma has made his decision father"
With that Kasumi try to bring the topic back to the subject of engagement.
"Oh yes, Ranma, I'm not sure if that is such a great idea. How long will you wait before choosing one?"
"I'm not sure Mr. Tendo, as long as I think it is necessary to decide who I want to get married. Also, we have to take their feelings into consideration as well"
Soun really couldn't disagree with that either, so he decided to let him get away with it today. But that doesn't mean that he can't push for it later on.
"Well, it seems that the matter is settle than for now. When will you be moving in Ranma?"
"Excuse me?"
"Of course now that the engagement is official, you'll have to move in with us to get to know your fiancees. Don't you agree Ranma? How else will you get to know them better?"
Ranma was about to disagree with Nabiki spoke up.
"What a wonderful idea daddy"
"It will be great to have one more person in the house"
Ranma saw that he was being out numbered by three to one and decided to just agree with it for now.
"I'll try to move in as soon as possible"
"Well, then, you'll move in tomorrow"
"Tomorrow?"
"Yes, that is after all if you want to move in tonight?"
"No, tomorrow will do just fine"
'What have I gotten myself into?'
Ranma thought as he heard Soun talk about the living arrangement.

Well, many people might think most characters by now are way out of character, maybe except for Soun. Well that is true, but this is not the original Ranma1/2 and expect more people to be out of character.

Lot of people answered that they don't know how. I have said before that the boss had Ranma trained around the world. He could have even been trained under Cologne for a time. Cologne could come back with her star pupil to put her against the finest in Yakuza.
2. Should I or should I not bring Ryoga into this story?
People told me that yes, I should bring Ryoga into the story as Ranma's rival. That is so overly used. I don't actually see Ryoga as Ranma's rival even in the original. Sure they fight all the time and sure Ranma never wins easy with Ryoga, well, some times Ranma wins easy. But Ranma never uses his full strength and skills. However, I'll be bringing Ryoga into the story.
3. Should I or should I not bring Ukyou into this story?
Many people asked me how that is possible if Ranma was member of Ukyou. I think I said that Ranma was trained under Neko Ken when he was 6 here. That is because in the anime, Genma explains that the Neko Ken happen in the summer of Ranma's 6 year. People told me that's not true and I watch that anime, it's where Shampoo shows up as a cat, 3 times in one day to make sure. I even watched it with 6 different people to make sure they heard the same thing as me. So those who said that in the anime that Ranma learned neko ken when he was ten, you can suck on it. I believe it might have been the manga that made it that he was 10, but I think even in manga he was 6.
Anyway, Ranma met Ukyou before Neko Ken.
